Private personal training is where you see a professional fitness coach for at least two hour per week. This helps with your motivation and completing the right exercises for your body.
If you want to get into the best shape you have in your life, to lose weight and fat on different parts of your body that you really don’t want them on and be able to get an answer to any important question you have then this is for you.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or a woman, you will benefit from an individual exercise plan and advice on your nutrition and diet: what you should be eating and why, and how you can get the most of your time both inside and outside of the gym.

Working with other people who are in the same (or similar) position you are is group fitness.
No matter what your physical activity is you’ll be placed with other people who have similar levels as you. Whether you’ve been foing to the gym for years or you want to get back into fitness and have no clue where to start.
Working out at the gym with a buddy is great, but you’ve just got one person to encourage you and work with. In group exercise workout sessions we’ll work together and encourage each other to do just one more set.
This is great for the ladies who want a bit of help from their friends and the community and it’s great for the guys as we have competitions and rivalry that helps push them a little bit further.
All together, we have fun and we motivate each other to push our fitness levels and reach the goals we’ve set ourselves.
Nutrition & Diets
What comes to mind when you read the word diet? Boring, bland food? It used to be the same for us and most of our clients too.
Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. You don’t need to “eat like a rabbit” or avoid the foods you really like (as long as you’re not allergic or intolerant to them). It’s all about eating in moderation and getting enough exercise. If you’re coming to see us for private training sessions or taking part in group coaching then that part is taken care of.
We’ll show you the right way to eating yourself slim!
There are guidelines to follow: you can’t simply eat what you want, and that’s quite possibly how you ended up where you are now. We’ll show you how to make better, more informed choices around how you fuel your body: giving it what it needs instead of what you think it wants.
In a matter of weeks you’ll have more energy, be focused at work and really feel the difference when you wake up in the morning.
